How do I determine the correct frame size for my Standert bike?
We provide a detailed geometry chart and sizing guide on each product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down for a more aggressive racing position or sizing up for increased stability and comfort.
Do you ship your bicycles and framesets internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that for orders outside the EU, additional customs duties and taxes may apply upon arrival.
What is the typical lead time for a complete bike build?
For bikes currently in stock, assembly and quality control typically take 7 to 10 business days before dispatch. For pre-orders, please refer to the specific estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
How does the bicycle arrive and what assembly is required?
Bicycles are shipped 95% assembled in a secure bike box. You will only need to install the front wheel, straighten the handlebars, and attach your own pedals. We include a basic tool kit and instructions to assist you.
What is your return policy for bicycles and apparel?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Please note that bicycles must not have been ridden outdoors and must be returned in the original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Do Standert frames come with a warranty?
Yes, all Standert frames are covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects for the original owner. We also offer a crash replacement program to help you get back on the road in the event of an accident.
