Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Shipment

  Carefully disassemble components if necessary and pack the items into the original Standert shipping box to ensure protection during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our mechanics inspect the returned gear for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
